One of the most popular toppings in Rome is the PIZZA CROSTINO, made with fior di latte and ham only.
I personally love it because I grew up with it but I wanted to add a class of touch to this pizza and have it on my menu, that’s why I added sundried tomatoes strips and a drizzle of pesto.
